Discovering job security these days is very rare. Companies frequently throw us from the workforce at a moment's notice - as and when it suits them. Many trainers provide a bunch of books and manuals. Obviously, this isn't much fun and not a very good way of taking things in. Memory is vastly improved with an involvement of all our senses - this has been an accepted fact in expert circles for years now.

Fully interactive motion videos utilising video demo's and practice lab's will forever turn you away from traditional book study. And you'll actually enjoy doing them. Make sure to obtain a look at some courseware examples from the training company. The materials should incorporate demo's from instructors, slideshows and fully interactive skills-lab's.

Avoiding training that is delivered purely online is generally a good idea. You want physical CD/DVD ROM course materials where offered, as you need to be able to use them whenever it's convenient for you - ISP quality varies, so you don't want to be totally reliant on a good broadband connection all the time.
